SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS 10+ guests

The Bridge has many options for you to choose from to make your

event super special.

 We offer a few package options:


1. Non-Exclusive Access

Need an area for a large group but do not need private, exclusive seating?

No minimum.

A service fee may be applied depending on the number in the group and or the services required to host your event.

Please reach out to us for specific details.


2. Exclusive Access

Need an area that is exclusively for your event?

We have two options.


Option A: Full restaurant and Bar buyout

Option B: Patio Buyout

Sunday - $1500 all day exclusive access | $300 per hour exclusive 

Monday - Thursday - $1000 all day exclusive access | $150 per hour exclusive 

Friday & Saturday - $2000 all day exclusive access | $400 per hour exclusive 

 *The minimum does not include service charges, tax or gratuity

Terms and Conditions


In order to cover the cost of staffing and overheads to accommodate your party we ask that your party achieve a guaranteed level of sales (listed above), 

this is not a service charge or room fee but a level of sales that 

your party needs to attain. The minimum amount needs to be 

secured by credit card which will only be charged to cover 

the difference between your actual sales and the minimums agreed to. 


Everyone in your party must be over 21 years of age.


All pre-order reservations require a credit card and 

5 days notice on menu selection


Guest count must be finalized one week prior to event date.


Please notify us about any food allergies, including nuts, or any other medical conditions 1 week prior to the event.


A 20% service charge will be added to all events*


There is a $250 fee for cancellations 

not within a 48 hour period prior to your event.


*We split the entire service charge between our service staff and our Chefs.  

Chefs receive 5% of overall food sales (drawn from the service fee) for your event.  Our bar staff receive 2% of bar sales (drawn from the Service fee). 

The service staff receive the balance.  


 Interior
Occupancy and facilities;
The interior of our building can accommodate can accommodate 

up to 99 people. We have TVs available throughout the facility along with two projectors for presentations, Power Point or 

just showing your birthday/ anniversary photos. 

We also have the capability of 

broadcasting custom playlists (ask for AV details).

THE BAR OPTIONS

OPTION A: Drink Tickets

We can provide drink tickets for your guest. A $6.50 ticket can be redeemed for, draft beer, bottled beer, well cocktails, house draft cocktails or house red and white wine. If a guest orders a top shelf cocktail the value of the drink ticket will be subtracted from the usual cost of the premium liquor and a balance would then be owed in cash. Tickets are non-refundable and will be honored         exclusively on the day of the event. 

OPTION B: Host Bar

You have the option to have an open bar with  either no limit or set a limit and your server will track what is spent and let you know when you are getting close to your limit. Once the limit is reached the tab is closed and your guests will be free to purchase their own drinks

OPTION B: Cash & Carry

Your guests are responsible for purchasing their own beverages 


TASTY OPTIONS

Our Chef has created an EVENT MENU perfectly suited for a variety of meetings and events.
